Installation Support
Free installation and configuration support is provided for both evaluation and licensed customers. Call (248) 274-0211 for phone support.
Program Support
Users evaluating our software are provided with 30 days of free telephone support. Evaluation users may also receive an additional 30 days of online support. Licensed customers will receive one free year of telephone support and may purchase extended support contracts.

Live telephone support is available Monday through Friday from 9AM to 5PM (Eastern Time). You may contact support by calling (248) 274-0211. The current time at our office is 02:42PM EST.
Online Support
Online Internet support is available for all users 24 hours a day. You may consult the online documentation or send a message to our support team.
Remote Access Support Tools
Remote Access Support provides the ability for an ITS Support Representative to remotely access your PC, diagnose problems and provide training. These tools require authorization from ITS prior to use.
